There were comfortable beds and a safe box, a minibar, and a sofa bed in the double room. It was comfy, big bathroom. The location was peaceful and marvellous; enjoyed being around 4-6 minutes away by foot from Anne of Cleves House.

The decoration of the hotel was simply charming, with delicate floral patterns and cozy furniture that made me feel right at home. The general areas were well-maintained and had a warm and inviting atmosphere, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. I also appreciated the hotel's accessibility for senior people, with well-lit hallways and handrails in strategic places, ensuring a safe and comfortable stay.
I would have appreciated more assistance from the children working there in terms of arranging transportation for senior guests.

This hotel offers incredible value for money. The prices are affordable and the attention to detail is impressive. The location, although down some extremely narrow little side streets, is close to the town center. It's a bit of a 45-degree hill to navigate, but once you reach the hotel, you are rewarded with amazing views.
All was perfect, couldn't ask for anything more.

Staying at this hotel was a delightful experience. The owner was extremely pleasant and helpful, making us feel truly welcome. The hotel's location, close to the town centre, allowed for easy exploration of the area. We were lucky to have a room with a beautiful sea view, providing us with a fabulous panoramic outlook. The room itself was comfortable and well-equipped, with a large bathroom and all the basic amenities we needed. The breakfast, featuring homemade cake, was a delicious way to start the day.
All aspects of our stay at this hotel were great, from the friendly staff to the spotlessly clean rooms. The only minor improvement could be clearer signage for the car park entrance, as it was not immediately obvious upon arrival.

The view from the hotel was stunning, especially during the Christmas season. It was delightful to wake up each day to such a beautiful scenery. The breakfast was okay, but the availability of different options was impressive. , proximity to the town made it easy to explore the restaurants and narrow streets.
The hike up the hill to get to the hotel was too strenuous and seemed never-ending. It was worse during the Christmas season since we had to carry our Christmas shopping up the hill.
